Who better understands what’s troubling young people than young people themselves? That is the ethos behind Stubborn Roots, a new collection of poetry written by a slate of young writers from marginalized communities. The book is out now from Shout Mouse Press and is the result of a partnership with literacy nonprofit Split This Rock.
