Ciera Burch is the author of middle grade novel Finch House and the upcoming queer YA, Something Kindred. She has a BA from American University and an MFA from Emerson College. When it comes to writing, her favorite things to write about are grief, love, family, intergenerational relationships, and queer identity. When she isn't daydreaming, reading, or talking to her plants, you can probably find her playing dnd with her all-queer dnd group.
